Directed Energy Weapons (D.E.W.)

Directed Energy Weapons (D.E.W.) are microwave scalar-beam weapons used to attack Targeted Individuals. The satellite-based system is called a Vircator (Patent #4345220) and produces an invisible, scalar microwave beam of approximately 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) in diameter. These satellite weapons and cell tower weapons are controlled from Schriever Air Force Base (www.schriever.af.mil) near Colorado Springs and can cause excruciating pain when pointed at someone on the ground. The CIA in Denver runs this illegal program, called an Unacknowledged Special Access Program (USAP). Whistleblowers, such as Ed Snowden and Julian Assange, are two of the targets. Mark Lenzi, the State Department's electronic signals expert, has stated that U.S. diplomats were definitely attacked by microwave weapons. The National Academies of Science recently determined that microwave weapons are real and "the most plausible mechanism" for the attacks.

Paid Perps or Deep Trance Victims?

If you have seen a hypnotist do a stage show in Las Vegas, then you know how powerful a deep trance can be over a person. Approximately 1/3 of the U.S. population is "highly suggestible." Deep State Planning for Treason

This diagram shows how Directive 51 is related to gangstalking. Presidential Directive 51 "claims" that the President can declare Martial Law in the United States, which is Unconstitutional. FEMA plans for an "Emergency Detention Program," where the government will round up and imprison anyone opposing the takeover. The recent NDAA passed by Congress includes language to imprison people without the right of due process. There are more than 900 FEMA prison camps in the United States. Most City Mayors have been told to sign a "Delegation of Authority" which gives control of a city to FEMA-designated people during Martial Law - which in this case, is permanent. The World Affairs Council (WAC), a subsidiary of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), plans to take control of local governments. WAC conspirators have held training exercises where they simulate taking control of the Mayor’s office and City Council. The WAC office in Houston is in the same building as the FBI. Coincidence?

FEMA plans to organize the takeover of the United States into 10 Regional Administrators that will control the 50 states, and we call these seditious criminals - the Linebackers of Treason. FEMA calls it “Continuity” planning or Resilience planning - it is actually a plan for Treason.
